Product features
Neutral, has no oxidation effect on high-temperature tin surface, has the characteristics of inhibiting tin slag and tin ash, and can withstand high temperature without failure.

Application guide
1) Preparation before welding: In order to obtain good oxidation resistance, the high-temperature oil must reach the melting temperature range of the tin surface before pouring on the surface of the tin furnace.  Pouring too early will lead to poor fluidity of tin liquid due to heat transfer of high-temperature oil and difficulty in heating the surface of the tin furnace to the melting point.
2) Service life: It depends on the tin materials used by various manufacturers and the operating temperature. Generally speaking, when the high-temperature oil changes from colorless to brown and finally turns into black residue, the oxidation resistance of the high-temperature oil and the ability to isolate air gradually decrease during the use process. The failed high-temperature oil should be fished out in time and fresh high-temperature oil should be added to ensure it covers the entire tin surface.
3) Precautions: This product is a high molecular polymer with freezing point (18-23℃). Please ensure that the system temperature of the product is above 25℃ before using this product (the system temperature is the actual temperature of high temperature oil, and the ambient temperature is for reference only).
