EL5000Oily flux for lead-acid battery

I. Product Features
All organic active ingredients, basically non-corrosive, no damage to products and molds, performance close to TBS 7 flux.  It is suitable for the casting and welding of electrode groups in lead-acid batteries such as medium and small density lead-acid batteries and electric vehicles. The battery products produced by using the flux have stable voltage and good consistency during use.

V. methods of use
After polishing the lug, the flux is coated on the lug and then immersed in the lead furnace for a period of time depending on the temperature of the lead furnace.  During coating, only the soldering flux needs to be applied to the position to be welded, and no soldering flux is allowed to be applied to the non-immersed position.
Vi. matters needing attention
This product will become turbid at low temperature and become a white paste with fluidity. Shake it evenly before use, or preheat it to yellow flowing liquid before use.
