Product features
This product uses imported electronic grade alkaline substances as the main raw materials, which solves the problem of impurities contained in common commercially available alkaline substances.  The invention avoids many troubles caused by blocking of tank wall, pipeline filter screen and nozzle due to impurities easily combined into insoluble gel by dry film dust and defoaming agent in developer, and also may remain on the plate surface to cause unclean development.
EC4000 is developed for the development of dry film and liquid green paint. Its special additive can accelerate the development speed, prevent the generation of hard water scale and prolong the service life of bath solution by 3-5 times as long as soda ash.
