Product features
This product is a water-based cleaning agent, which can quickly remove the residual welding spots, polishing wax, stamping grease, metal oxide scale and other contaminants after polishing and welding the stainless steel surface, making the surface of the material cleaner and brighter.  It is widely used in the production process of stainless steel products such as golf equipment, stainless steel electrical appliances, and stainless steel mechanical parts.

Use method
The stainless steel welding spot high-efficiency cleaning agent meets the requirements of soaking and ultrasonic cleaning, and can adopt different methods according to the size, dirt degree, required cleanliness, cost and other aspects of the object to be cleaned:
1) ultrasonic continuous cleaning mode
A. adding the cleaning agent into the cleaning package according to the determined use ratio (generally 5%-8%) and stirring evenly;
(b) evenly stacking the cleaned articles in a cleaning frame according to the specified quantity, and arranging the cleaning frame at the automatic inlet of the cleaning machine;
C. start the cleaning device and carry out cleaning (including rinsing, drying, etc.) according to the cleaning procedure and process determined by the test;
D if the consumption of cleaning agent is large, a certain amount of cleaning agent can be added appropriately and then the cleaning agent can be used continuously, and new liquid can be completely replaced if necessary;
E. follow-up procedures shall be implemented according to the production process requirements of cleaned materials, workpieces and parts;
2) Non-batch intermittent cleaning method
A. adding the cleaning agent into a cleaning device or a container according to a specified amount, and uniformly stirring;
B, putting the cleaned articles into a cleaning agent according to the specified quantity;
C the cleaning method can be selected as soaking, manual brushing and scrubbing, or spraying auxiliary machine washing can be adopted;
D, carrying out subsequent processes according to the production process of the cleaned articles;
